When you register and schedule an appointment with EZ Mobile Fingerprint, the record is submitted with the ORI you provided. That number tells the state police in your state what agency is authorized to receive the results of your background check. If another agency or company is requiring you to complete a background check, you’ll need to register using the new ORI and complete the fingerprinting process for the new requestor. The state police in your state submit the state and FBI criminal history record check and sends the results directly to the authorized agency. EZ Mobile Fingerprint never has access to the results of your background check.
